How long does shipping take?
Physical products (Tap Tags and Magnets) ship within 3 to 5 business days after your design is approved, with standard delivery in another 2 to 5 days. The Lock Screen Card is fully digital and arrives by email within 24 hours.
How does customization work?
After you order, you'll get a short link to upload your photo, logo, or design and share the URL you want the card to open. Our team preps the artwork, sends a preview for approval, then programs and ships.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every phone made in the last several years reads NFC out of the box. On iPhone (iOS 14 and up) and modern Android, just bring the phone near the card and a notification opens your link.
Do I need to download an app?
No app required. Not for you, not for the person you tap. The card opens a normal browser page on their phone. Simpler than a paper card.
Can I change the link after I order?
The link is encoded when the product is made. To change where it points later, use a Linktree or Link.me address as your link, then update the destination in that account. That way one product can point at a new job, project, or promo without a reorder.
How do bulk orders work?
Volume pricing kicks in at 25 units and drops as the quantity grows. You can share one link across the team or send us a list of links per person. Head to the Teams page for the full tier table. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so no quote is needed.
What's your return policy?
Because every card is personalized, we don't accept returns on customized orders. If a card arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it free.
How is the Lock Screen Card delivered?
Digitally. Within 24 hours of ordering, you'll receive an email with your custom lock-screen wallpaper plus a short guide to set it on iPhone or Android. No shipping, no wait.
