Processing time
Personalized orders typically enter production within one business day. Standard production takes 2 to 4 business days, and expedited options may be available at checkout.
Shipping
We ship domestically and to select international destinations. Standard US shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after production. Tracking is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Digital products
Digital products (such as the Lock Screen Card) are delivered by email as soon as your design is finalized, usually within 24 hours.
Changing your link
The link is encoded when the product is made. To change where it points later, use a Linktree or Link.me address as your link, then update the destination in that account. If you are unsure how to set that up, contact us for a free walkthrough.
