Processing time
Personalized orders enter production within one business day. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, so physical orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping rates and delivery times
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times start when your order ships. Economy: $7.00, 5 to 8 business days. Standard: $10.00, 3 to 5 business days, free on orders of $50 or more. Express: $14.00, 1 to 2 business days. Tracking is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Digital products
Digital products (such as the Lock Screen Card) are delivered by email as soon as your design is finalized, usually within 24 hours.
Changing your link
The link is encoded when the product is made. To change where it points later, use a Linktree or Link.me address as your link, then update the destination in that account. If you are unsure how to set that up, contact us for a free walkthrough.
